Hansi's little "Werkschau"
On the occasion of the Tonbandinselfest, Kobermann rummaged through the archive and compiled fourteen pieces on a C-60 tape. They all have one thing in common: they are imperfect and unique. The individual tracks have never made it to a sound carrier or digital release, which is why they now come together here to the public. "Ferro Island 34" is the first album by Kobermann, which bears 100% his DIY signature, because he really did everything himself on the release. Musically, the journey starts with crazy drum programming and leads over the almost obligatory field recordings to dub and draws up to experimental impros the diversity of his work.
